Through the calm and silent night o'er the starry heaven bright rings a clear and thrilling voice: Come, arise, awake, rejoice! Hear the angel chorus fair Sing a message through the air: Christ, Immanuel is born unto you this happy morn. To our God all glory be in the highest majesty. Peace to all on earth is nigh, come to us from heav'n on high.
