by Konstantin Nikolayevich Podrevsky (1888 - 1930)

Tvoi glaza zelënye
Language: Russian (Русский)
Tak chočetsja chot' raz, v poslednij raz poverit' -
Ne vse li mne ravno, čto sbudetsja potom;
Ljubvi nel'zja ponjat', ljubvi nel'zja izmerit',
Ved' tam, na dne duši, kak v omute rečnom.

  Pust' ėta glub' bezdonnaja,
  Pust' ėta dal' tumannaja
  Segodnja nit'ju tonkoju
  Svjazala nas sama.
  Tvoi glaza zelënye
  Tvoi slova obmannye
  I ėta pesnja zvonkaja
  Sveli menja s uma.

Progljanet utra luč skvoz' zapertye stavni,
A vse eščë slegka kružitsja golova,
V ušach eščë zvučit naš razgovor nedavnij,
Kak strunnyj perebor, zvučat tvoi slova.

  Pust' ėta glub' bezdonnaja, itd.

Ne nužno ničego, ni pozdnich sožalenij...
Pokoja vse ravno mne bol'še ne vernut'.
Tak chočetsja chot' raz, na neskol'ko mgnovenij,
V rečnuju glubinu bez stracha zagljanut'.

  Pust' ėta glub' bezdonnaja, itd.
