Daer staet een bloemken in ghenen dal,
Dat bloemken wil ic u schenken,
Ende als ic ver van u wesen sal,
Dan sult ghi noch mijns ghedenken.
 
So diemael als ghi dat bloemken siet,
So sal het spreken beghinnen:
Vergheet mijn niet! vergheet mijn niet!
Ic sal u altijt minnen.
