Ya pomnyu den`, on chudno vecherel
Language: Russian (Русский)
Ya pomnyu den`, on chudno vecherel,
Derev`ya i luga pokry'lisya rosoyu,
Ves` gorizont kak purpurom gorel,
I paxlo v vozduxe lish` skoshennoj travoj.

Kakoj-to negoyu dy'shalo vse togda,
Priroda o lyubvi kak budto govorila,
Stoyali my' na beregu pruda,
Oblokotyas` na shatkie perila,

V ego lice svetilos` upoen`e,
Ogon` lyubvi gorel v ego ochax
I zheg mne grud` otravoj naslazhden`ya,
Tonul moj vzor v ix raduzhny'x luchax.

Teper` ischezlo vse, daleko to mgnoven`e,
Po-prezhnemu my' xolodno glyadim,
I ravnodushny'e, bez priznaka volnen`ya,
Vstrechaemsya, smeemsya, govorim,

Rassudkom skovany' vse chuvstva, vse dvizhen`ya,
I lyudyam ne uznat` lyubvi moej svyatoj!
YA ne otdam ee tolpe na osuzhden`e,
Ne podelyus` ni s kem zavetnoyu mechtoj…

No lish` ustaly'j den` smenyaetsya lunoj
I stixnet zhizn`, okovannaya snom,
Zavetny'j vecher tot merczaet predo mnoyu
I obraz milogo, sklonenny'j nad prudom.
