Hasta sobre el madero de la cruz
fue obediente el cordero de Dios. 
¡Mira, Señor, nuestra miseria,
Cristo, tu sangre lo redime todo! 

Ved como arrastran hasta la cruz
A nuestro Jesús.
¡Mira, Señor… 

Ahora vencerá a la muerte,
como predice Él a través de los profetas. 
¡Mira, Señor… 

Tú que por misericordia te llevas 
todos los pecados a la cruz,
¡ayúdanos a nosotros, los desamparados! 
¡Mira, Señor… 

El que se ha enfrentado a la muerte,
no nos volverá la espalda.

En el madero muere la vida. 
El infierno y la muerte se revelan.
