Auf's Liebchen zugleich,  -- 
Wie kalt deine Rede,
Die früher so reich! 

Was blickst so verlegen?
Was sprichst du so hart,
Wie nimmer vor Zeiten
An dir ich gewahrt? 

Ein Reif ist gefallen  -- 
Nicht gestern, nicht heut  -- 
Auf Blumen und Liebchen
Und was mich gefreut,

Vor vielen Jahren!
Und immer noch zagt
