Per dulcissimum cor
saucium ob peccata mea
vulnera perque sua
et crucem per durissimam
et per septem dolores tuos
rogo et obsecro te:
ut in praesentibus
necessitatibus nostri
et in hora mortis nostrae
nobis succurrere digneris.
