Wanderlust
Language: German (Deutsch)
Und willst du wandern wohlgemuth,
So ziehe mit dem Frühling aus;
Wo der die reichen Wunder thut,
Da ist die Welt ein Gotteshaus;
Die Seele weiß von keinem Leid,
Denn jede Sehnsucht schlummert still:
Wer je den Himmel finden will,
Dem gibt der Frühling das Geleit.

Der Frühling und ein jung Gemüth --
Wie selig wandern diese zwei!
Kein süßrer Traum, der tönt und blüht,
Als du mein Herz im schönen Mai.
Und grüßt gar zu dieser Zeit
Die Liebste mich mit Kuß und Sang, --
Dann Welt, o fahre hin bislang
Mit aller deiner Herrlichkeit!
