Domine, non secundum peccata nostra quae fecimus nos, neque secundum iniquitates nostras retribuas nobis. Domine, ne memineris iniquitatum nostrarum antiquarum : cito anticipent nos misericordiae tuae. Quia pauperes facti sumus nimis. Adiuva nos, Deus salutaris noster : et propter gloriam nominis tui, Domine, libera nos. Et propitius esto peccatis nostris propter nomen tuum.

Lord, repay us not according to our sins, which we have committed, nor according to our wickedness. Lord, do not remember our old wickedness: let your mercies quickly overtake us. Because we have become too poor. Help us, God our saviour: and for the glory of your name, Lord, free us. And be well-disposed to our sins for your name's sake.
