Ich gäb' mein schönstes Kleid,
Wär' er zur Stelle.

Ich gäbe Schmuck und Ringe
Um einen langen Kuss.
Hätt' ich des Windes Fuss,
Hätt' ich des Windes Schwinge!

Den süssen Freund zu grüssen
Wollt' ich die Welt durchwehn,
Und stumm zu seinen Füssen
Vergehn.
