Schöner Augen schöne Strahlen
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT DUT FRE
Schöner Augen schöne Strahlen,
schöner rother Wangen Prahlen;
schöne rothe Lippen,
schöne Marmorklippen
liebt mein Gesicht.

Unter diesen Schönen allen
hat mir Eine nur gefallen;
aber ihretwegen
Fesseln anzulegen,
das thu' ich nicht.

Ich will stets in Freiheit bleiben,
meine Zeit in Lust vertreiben,
auch in jungen Jahren
mein Herz wohl bewahren
vor Liebespein.

Fahre hin, du falsche Seelen,
ich will mich nicht um dich quälen,
willst du mich nicht lieben,
sondern nur betrüben,
bleib wo du bist.

Jetzt hab' ich mir vorgenommen
nimmermehr zu dir zu kommen,
denn du bist von Flandern,
liebst Ein'n um den Andern,
drum hass' ich dich.

Wer kann denken, wie es schmerzet,
wenn ein Andrer mit ihr scherzet,
mit den Augen zielet,
mit den Lippen spielet,
mir zum Verdruß.

Modernized spelling would change "roth" to "rot", "thu'" to "tu'"

Formosos ulls, bell esclat
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Formosos ulls, bell esclat,
orgull de belles galtes rosades,
bells llavis vermells,
belles dents de marbre
plauen al meu esguard.

D’entre totes aquestes beutats,
només una dona m’ha agradat;
però per amor d’ella,
posar-me cadenes,
això no ho faré.

Vull ser sempre lliure,
passar el meu temps en el plaer,
i també, en els meus anys de joventut,
preservar el meu cor
de les penes de l’amor.

Vés-te’n, tu caragirat,
no vull patir per tu,
si no em vols estimar
i només fer-me afligir,
resta allà on ets.

Ara he decidit
de no tornar-te a veure,
car tu ets de Flandes,
estimes un darrere l’altre
i per això et detesto.

Qui es podria pensar el mal que fa
quan un altre es diverteix amb ella,
es fixa en els seus ulls,
juga amb els seus llavis,
per a la meva desplaença.
