de la peste et de la lèpre.
Si c'est pour ma pénitence que vous l'envoyez,
Seigneur, laissez-la moi, merci.
Si c'est le diable qui le conduit

Goître, goître, sors de ton sac,
sors de mon cou et da ma tête!
Feu Saint Elme, danse de Saint Guy,
Si c'est le Diable qui vous conduit
mon Dieu faites le sortir d'ici.

de la pesta i de la lepra.
Si els envieu per la meva penitència,
Senyor, deixeu-me’ls amb mi, gràcies.
Si és el diable qui ho mena,
feu-lo marxar galopant d'aquí.

Goll, goll, surt del teu sac,
surt del meu coll i del meu cap!
Foc de Sant Elm, ball de Sant Vito,
si és el dimoni qui us mena,
Déu meu, feu-los fora d'aquí.

Feu-me créixer de pressa
i doneu-me un bon marit
que no sigui massa borratxo
