E reflete o mar toda a Sua riqueza...
Suave a luz da lua desperta agora
A cruel saudade que ri e chora!

Sorge nell'infinito dolcemente la luna,
adornando la sera, quale gentile donzella
che si appresta ad agghindarsi sognando
ansiosa in cuore di sembrare bella.
Grida cielo e terra, tutta la natura,
si spegne il malinconico pigolio degli uccelli
e il mare riflette tutta la sua ricchezza...
Soavemente ora la luce della luna risveglia
l'amara nostalgia di riso e pianto!
Sera, una nube rosea lenta e trasparente
alta nello spazio, piena di sogni e bella!
