La lune apparaît doucement dans l'infini
Ornant l'après-midi, comme une douce jeune fille
Qui s'apprête rêveusement à être jolie,
Aspirant dans l'âme à être belle,
Crie au ciel et à la terre toute la nature !
Les troupes d'oiseaux se taisent à sa triste complainte
Et la mer reflète sa splendeur...
Doucement dans la lumière de la lune s'éveille maintenant
Le cruel désir qui rit et pleure !
L'après-midi, un nuage rose, lent et transparent,
