Passant devant la salle
Toute la ville était là
À voir danser ma poule
Avec mon petit chat.

Tous les oiseaux champêtres
Sur les murs et sur les toits
Jouaient de la trompette
Pour le banquet du roi.

Das Federvieh vom Land
