den Ölbaum der Minerva,
die schöne Pinie der Kybele;
das leise Säuseln den Zephyren,
Pomona süßes Obst,
die Wasser sind geweiht den Nymphen, 
Flora, die schönen Blüten;
doch Herzeleid und Tränen
der auf Kythira Gebornen*.
