nach welchem die Lehensreichung null und nichtig sein sollte
im Falle sein Bruder Christoph (der nach beigebrachtem 
Totenschein als Cornet in der Compagnie des Freiherrn 
von Pirovano des kaiserl. österr. Heysterschen Regiments 
zu Roß . . . verstorben war) zurückkehrt . . . "
