Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT ENG FRE
   Bald ist der Nacht
   Ein End' gemacht,
Schon fühl' ich Morgenlüfte wehen.
   Der Herr, der spricht:
   "Es werde Licht!"
Da muß, was dunkel ist, vergehen.--

   Durch alle Welt
Die Engel freudejauchzend fliegen;
   Der Sonnenstrahl
Durchschaut das All.--
Herr, laß uns kämpfen, laß uns siegen!

Cançó del matí
 (Sung text translation for setting by P. von Decker)
 See original
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Aviat la nit arribarà
a la seva fi,
ja sento bufar l’oreig del matí.
El Senyor va dir:
“Que es faci la llum!”
I aleshores tot el que és fosc ha de desaparèixer.

De la volta del cel,
a través del món sencer,
els àngels volen exultants de joia;
els raigs del sol
aflamen l’univers.
Senyor, deixa’ns lluitar, deixa’ns vèncer!
