Bald ist der Nacht ein End' gemacht
Language: German (Deutsch)
Available translation(s): ENG FRE
Bald ist der Nacht ein End' gemacht,
Schon fühl' ich Morgenlüfte wehen.
Der Herr, der spricht: »Es werde Licht!«
Da muß, was dunkel ist, vergehen.
Vom Himmelszelt durch alle Welt
Die Engel freudejauchzend fliegen;
Der Sonne Strahl durchflammt das All.
Herr, laß uns kämpfen, laß uns siegen!

Humeur du matin
Language: French (Français)  after the German (Deutsch)
Bientôt la nuit arrivera à sa fin,
Déjà je sens la brise du matin souffler.
Le Seigneur, il dit : « Que la lumière soit ! »
Alors ce qui est sombre doit disparaître.
De la voûte des cieux à travers le monde entier,
Les anges volent exultant de joie ;
Les rayons du soleil enflamment l'univers.
Seigneur, laisse-nous combattre, laisse-nous vaincre !
