В зелёный пух Петрополь одевает,
Но, как медуза, невская волна
Мне отвращенье лёгкое внушает.
По набережной северной реки
Автомобилей мчатся светляки,
Летят стрекозы и жуки стальные,
Мерцают звёзд булавки золотые,
Но никакие звёзды не убьют
Морской воды тяжёлый изумруд.
