Hordenlager
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  ENG
    Aus dem Geklüft hervor
Durch der Gebirge Thor
Nieder in's grüne Thal
Bahnt sich die Wege des Kurden Stahl.

    Unserer Abkunft Spur
Wissen die Geister nur,
Die in des Berges Nacht
Heulend bewachen das Gold im Schacht.

    Nicht in der dunklen Truh
Stören wir ihre Ruh,
Lieber in's Feld hinaus
Ziehn wir gewaffnet nach Beute aus.

    Auf dem geschwinden Pferd
Schwingen wir hoch das Schwert;
Wie man den Feind erreicht,
Haben uns Löw' und Hyäne gezeigt.

    Drum aus der Berge Thor
Stürzen in's Thal wir vor,
Unser gezückter Stahl
Schafft uns zur Stunde Quartier und Mahl.

The camp of the horde
Language: English  after the German (Deutsch)
    From out of the chasms
Through the gateways of the mountain ranges
Down into the green valley,
The steel of the Kurds breaks a path.

    The trace of our descent
Is only known to the spirits
That in the night of the mountain,
Howling, guard the gold in the mineshaft.

    Not in the dark coffer
Do we disturb their peace,
We would rather roam out into the land,
Armed, seeking spoils.

    Upon the rapid horse
We swing our swords high;
How one reaches the enemy
Was shown to us by lions and hyenas.

Therefore from the gateway of the mountains
We dash forth into the valley,
Our unsheathed steel blades
Immediately ensure us living quarters and meals.
