Nach ihm folgen Blätterfetzen Rings vom Wipfel, wie aus Netzen Schwärmen goldne Schmetterling ́; Nieder wirbeln sie im Hasten, Um beim Mutterstamm zu rasten, Farben bunter, loser Ring. Später Tag in Gleichmut glühet, Mitleidslos der Himmel siehet Seiner Kinder Leichenschau; Tod umpurpurt ruh'n die fahlen, Heller zeigt der Sonne Strahlen Kahler Zweig' Korallenbau.
