About the headline (FAQ)
Confirmed with Cypřiše. Sbírka básní lyrických a epických od Gustava Pflegera (Moravského), V Praze (Prague) : Nákladem knihkupectvi: I. L. Kober, 1862, page 65. Note: in the first stanza, the website antonin-dvorak.cz shows "bolesti" instead of "neštěstí" on the first line, "trnů" instead of "bolestí" on the third line, and "bolestí tolik" instead of "tolik trnů" on the fourth line; and in the fourth stanza's final line it shows "Zde puklé srdce" instead of "Zde srdce puklé". The Bärenreiter edition of Dvořák's setting (2013) follows the Pfleger-Moravský edition for all of these.
