Mež gor, ležaščich polukrugom
Language: Russian (Русский)
Mež gor, ležaščich polukrugom,
[Pojdem" tuda, gde]1 ručeek,
Vijas', bežit zelenym lugom
K reke skvoz lipovyj lesok.
Tam solovej, vesny ljubovnik,
Vsju noč' poet; cvetet šipovnik,
I slyšen govor ključevoj —
Tam viden kamen' grobovoj
[V teni dvuch sosen ustarelych.
Prišel'cu nadpis' govorit:
«Vladimir Lenskoj zdes' ležit,
«Pogibšij rano smert'ju smelych,
«V takoj-to god, takich-to let.
Pokojsja, junoša-poėt!»]2

Na vetvi sosny preklonennoj,
Byvalo, rannij veterok
Nad ėtoj urnoju smirennoj
Kačal tainstvennyj venok;
Byvalo, v pozdnie dosugi
Sjuda chodili dve podrugi,
I na mogile pri lune,
Obnjavšis', plakali one.
No nyne, pamjatnik [unyloj]3
Zabyt. K nemu privyčnyj sled
Zagloch. Venka na vetvi net;
Odin, [nad]4 nim, sedoj i [chiloj]5
Pastuch po prežnemu poet
I obuv' bednuju pletet.
