Tam brodit i gibnet v stepi karavan pozaby'ty'j;
Naprasno zhdut lyudi ot vixrej peschany'x zashhity'
Pod grud`yu verblyudov i sen`yu shatrov.

O solnce! nakroj ty' porfiroj zelenoj
Pusty'ni nagie; rosoj blagovonnoj
Kokos nash, i finik, i pal`mu pitaj;
Smyagchi serebro ty' ovnov belorunny'x Kedara;
Verblyudam daj silu idti sred` bezvod`ya i zhara;
