Meni odnakovo
Language: Ukrainian (Українська)
Meni odnakovo, čy budu
JA žyt' v Ukraïni, čy ni.
Čy chto zhadaje, čy zabude
Mene v snihu na čužyni –
Odnakovisin'ko meni.
V nevoli vyris mež čužymy,
I, ne oplakanyj svoïmy,
V nevoli, plačučy, umru,
I vse z soboju zaberu,
Maloho slidu ne pokynu
Na našij slavnij Ukraïni,
Na našij – ne svoïj zemli.
I ne pom'jane bat'ko z synom,
Ne skaže synovi: “Molys',
Molysja, synu: za Vkraïnu
Joho zamučyly kolys'”.
Meni odnakovo, čy bude
Toj syn molytysja, čy ni…
Ta ne odnakovo meni,
Jak Ukraïnu zliï ljude
Pryspljat', lukavi, i v ohni
Ïï, okradenuju, zbudjat'…
Och, ne odnakovo meni.
