Siedem córek piastowała, Siedem córek zakopała, Siedem córek śród ogrodu, Głowami przeciwko wschodu, wschodu. "Winter ist in den Bergesgründen, Blumen sich im Tale finden, doch, wo droben meine Wiege, schaut' ich eines Weibes Züge: "Sieben Kinder, ihre Habe, sieben Töchter ruh'n im Grabe, als der Frühling wiederkommen, hat er ihr das Letzte hingenommen." "Unverwandt, im stummen Harme, sitzt an meinem Quell die Arme, läßt nicht ab vom vielen Weinen, trübt die Wasser mir, die reinen!"
