En el dia del teu Sant,
per la teva saviesa, la teva virtut,
accepta l’homenatge dels nostres cors.

Sí, quan s’acompleixin els precs dels orfes,
que avui per a tu, fervorosos, van cap al cel,
ha de retornar moltes vegades aquest dia feliç,
que les joies de la teva vida floreixin per molt de temps.

Els germànics, en zones allunyades,
t’anomenen pare dels orfes,
al teu cap resplendeixen cíviques corones
i els bons prínceps t’estimen.

Que un noble sentiment i una joia pura
ens mantinguin units a tu per sempre,
que aquest Nèstor, coronat de llorers, ens deixi
el més tard possible i sigui plorat per tothom.
