Звёздами мерцая,
‎Светят небеса.

Звёздный свет белеет,
‎И земля окрест
Стынет-цепенеет
‎В млечном свете звезд.

Тишина пустыни…
‎Чётко за горой
На реке в долине
‎Треснет лёд порой…

Метеор зажжётся,
‎Озаряя снег…
Шорох пронесётся —
‎Зверя лёгкий бег…

И опять — молчанье…
‎В бледной мгле равнин,
Затаив дыханье,
‎Я стою один.
