Keinutan kaikua souatan sointua tuuditan tunteeni lasta. Puolet sen sielua omaani on puolet on taivahasta. Sylkytän soittoa liikutan laulua heijutan herkkää mieltään kuuntelen iltaisin itseksein hopeankirkasta kieltään. Souatan säveltä lempeni lasta kasvaos kaunoisaksi: elä mulle iloksi, sieluni suloksi onneksi ainoaksi.
