da rovi nero-porpora è tutta circondata,
lì svettano calici con speroni screziati
e le felci ricurve, vellutato piumaggio,
e fiocchi di lanugine, come l'acqua verdi, e intorno,
e in mezzo, campanule, bianche e delicate -
dalla loro umida bocca esala una fragranza
come di un dolce frutto di celesti campi.
