Wo blühen die Blumen so schön, wo singen die Vöglein so hell, wo rauscht in felsigen Höh'n, so munter der plätschernde Quell, wo leuchtet so golden der Sonnenstrahl, wie hier im Tal? Wo stehen die Hütten gebaut, so friedlich im sonnigen Grund, wo klingen so holden und traud die Worte der Liebe vom Mund, wo grüßet so friedlich der Augenstrahl, wie hier im Tal? Hab' friedlich durchwandert die Welt, und viel ist mir holdes geschehen. Was Augen und Ohren gefällt, ich hab es gehört und gesehen: Drum grüß ich vor allem viel tausendmal mein Heimattal.
