Weiche Hände hat die Nacht Und sie reicht sie mir ins Bette; fürchtend dass ich Tränen hätte, streicht sie meine Augen sacht. Dann verlässt sie das Gemach: rauschen hör ich sanft und seiden: und den Dornenzweig der Leiden zieht sie mit der Schleppe nach.
