Brinbaler nous apelons,

Young lady, kissing and cuddling
Is what in our faith
We call bell-ringing,
Naked bodies together under the sheets.

Oh my monk, what will your abbots say?
They're all deceived, or in a complete mess;
If, instead of singing in tune,
