250 grams of beef kidney fat,
And 125 grams of bread crumbs,
60 grams of powdered or brown sugar,
A glass of milk, a half glass of rum or brandy,
3 eggs, a lemon!
Nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, mixed
(all together about half a teaspoon),
Half a teaspoon of finely ground salt.
