by Ludvig Holstein (1864 - 1943)

Det er Lærkernes Tid
Language: Danish (Dansk)
Det er Lærkernes Tid.
Ad usynlige Gange
piler deres Sange
gennem en Luft,
som er sitrende blid —
det er Lærkernes Tid.

Det er Abildens Tid.
Over Grene og Kviste
myldre og briste
hvirvlende Stjerner,
til Stammen staar hvid —
det er Abildens Tid.

Det er Bristningens Tid.
I Kirsebærlunden
brast under Hunnen
Ægget i Nat,
nu begynder dens Flid —
det er Bristningens Tid. i
Og Forløsningens Tid.

Vaagn hvad der blunder,
brist som et Under
Drøm i hvert Sind —
det er Bristningens Tid
og Forløsningens Tid. —

Confirmed with Ludvig Holstein, Digte, 1903, Det Nordiske Forlag, Kbh, pp. 16–17.
