Черемуха душистая
С весною расцвела
И ветки золотистые,
Что кудри, завила.

Кругом роса медвяная
Сползает по коре,
Под нею зелень пряная
Сияет в серебре.

А рядом у проталинки,
В траве, между корней,
Бежит, струится маленький
Серебряный ручей.

Черемуха душистая
Развесившись, стоит,
А зелень золотистая
На солнышке горит.

Ручей волной гремучею
Все ветки обдает
И вкрадчиво под кручею
Ей песенки поет.

The fragrant bird cherry

The fragrant bird cherry
Blossomed with spring
And its golden branches,
Like ringlets, twisted up.

All over the honeyed dew
Slips down along the bark,
Beneath it the spicy greenery
Shines within the silver.

And nearby the thawed patches,
In the grass, between the roots,
Runs, courses a small
Silver stream.

The fragrant bird cherry
Hangs, it stands,
With its golden greenery
Burning in the sunlight.

With a rattling wave the stream
Douses all the branches
And beneath the slope, suggestively,
Sings little songs to it.
