Volesse da pèto
El velo strapar,
No bada a ste frotole,
Soleti za semo
E Toni el so' remo

De se sentir bercer !
Tu peux te passer de ton éventail,
Oh ma très chère,
Car les zéphyrs rivalisent
Pour vouloir t'éventer.

Si l'un d'entre eux
Qui, trop indiscret,
voulait de ta poitrine
soulever le voile,
Ne fais pas attention à ces badineries,
