Waldharfen
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT ENG
Ein leises, fernes Rauschen klingt
Vom Bergeshaupt hernieder,
Und wie es schwillt und näher dringt,
Vernehm' ich Wipfellieder.

Waldharfen viele tausend stehn
Festwurzelnd am Gelände,
Die schlägt der Wind, darüber gehn
Läßt er die starken Hände.

Es säuselt und es saust und tönt,
Kommt hoch daher gezogen,
Der ganze Bergwald braust und dröhnt
Und schwingt in grünen Wogen.

Wie Wolkenflug vorüber wallt
Das Schauern in den Zweigen.
Bis es dahin stirbt und verhallt
In Flüsterhauch und Schweigen.

Ja, Vöglein, wer da singen mag!
Wir kleinen Spielleut lauschen,
Wenn von des großen Griff und Schlag
Waldharfen um uns rauschen.

Arpes del bosc
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Un suau, llunyà remoreig davalla
del cim de la muntanya,
i quan s’acreix i s’apropa,
sento els cants de les capçades.

Molts milers d’arpes del bosc estan
fermament arrelades al terreny,
les fa sonar el vent que passa
pel seu damunt les seves fortes mans.

Xiuxiueja i xiula i sona,
arriba des d’allí dalt,
tot el bosc de la muntanya brunzeix i retruny
i es belluga en verdes ones.

Com un passatger vol de núvols oneja
l’estremiment a les branques.
Fins que cessa i s’extingeix
en un alè xiuxiuejant i finalment silenci.

Sí, ocellets, qui voldria cantar allà!
Nosaltres, pobres músics escoltem,
quan des del gran polsar i tocar,
les arpes del bosc remoregen al nostre voltant.
