Die Lippen rege nicht, noch Augenbraunen,
Ganz ruhig bleib' und schau' voll Gleichmuth drein,
Daß Niemand merkt mein Flüstern und mein Raunen,
Denn was du hörest, ist für dich allein.

Ich liebe dich und will nicht von dir lassen,
Ich bin dein Schatten, der sich an dich hängt,
Mit allen Fibern will ich dich umfassen,
Daß meine Seele sich in deine drängt.

Du bist so schön! dein weißer Nacken glänzet,
Erschrick nicht, wenn ihn jetzt mein Mund berührt!
Von deiner weichen Locken Fluth umkränzet
Glühn dir die Wangen, und die Sehnsucht schürt.

Der Mond ist dunkel jetzt, komm in den Garten,
Komm in der Laube dämmriges Gemach,
Ich geh' voraus, laß mich nicht lange warten!
Dein Busen wogt, -- ich weiß, du folgst mir nach.

Tu ets tan formosa! El teu blanc bescoll resplendeix,
no t’espantis, quan els meus llavis el freguin!
Envoltades pel devessall dels teus delicats rínxols
se t’enrojolen les galtes i s’aflama el teu deler.

Ara no brilla la lluna, vine al jardí,
vine a la penombra de l’emparrat,
jo hi vaig primer, no em facis esperar gaire!
