Streich aus, mein Roß, die Flanken hoch! Die Meute bellt, es klingt das Horn, Der Tag ist wild, doch wilder noch Dein Reiter; Es treibt durch Schnee, Gestrüpp und Dorn Ihn rastlos, [ruhlos]1 weiter.
