Voix des beffrois en ferveur ;

Au bleu du parc endormi ;

Larmes aux longs cils perlées,
Larmes d'amante coulées

Tränen lateinischer Glocken,
Karmeliterinnen, Feuillantiner,
Stimme der Glockentürme voller Inbrunst.

Perlenförmige Tränen in langen Wimpern,
