Mailied (Die volle Welt)
(Sung text for setting by E. Schneider)
 See original
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT CHI DUT ENG FIN FRE ITA SPA
  Wie herrlich leuchtet
Mir die Natur!
Wie glänzt die Sonne!
Wie lacht die Flur!

  Es dringen Blühten
Aus jedem Zweig
Und tausend Stimmen
Aus dem Gesträuch,

  Und Freud und Wonne
Aus jeder Brust.
O Erd', o Sonne!
O Glück, o Lust!

 ...

  Du segnest herrlich
Das frische Feld,
Im Blütendampfe
Die volle Welt.

Note: the text above is taken from stanzas 1,2,3,5 of the original text.

Miten ihanana
(Sung text translation for setting by E. Schneider)
 See original
Language: Finnish (Suomi)  after the German (Deutsch)
Miten ihanana
Luonto loistaakaan,
miten aurinko paistaa
ja keto hymyilee!

Jokainen oksa
puhkeaa kukkaan
ja tuhat ääntä
alkaa laulaa pensastossa

ja ilo ja riemu
kumpuavat jokaisesta rinnasta:
Oi maa, oi aurinko,
oi onnea ja iloa!

 ...

sinä siunaat ihanaksi
kukoistavan vainion,
kukkien hehkussa
koko maailman.
