Die ihr den Äther mit seligen Schwingen durchschneidet,
Segnende Hände über uns Irrende breitet,
Die ihr den Seelen, die weinend ins Dunkel gesunken,
Leuchtet mit Augen, die ewige Sonne getrunken --
Gütige Sterne, wie oft, aus dem Schatten der Erde,
Blick ich auf euch, daß Frieden und Licht in mir werde!
