Nun nimmer wiedersehen,
So mag der Frühling auch für mich
Mit Blüt' und Sang vergehen.

Et chanter avec les oiseaux,
Et comme le monde entier au printemps
Aspirer au plaisir et à la joie.
Que sont pour moi fleurs et rossignol ?
Tu me manques, tu me manques partout.

Et si je devais, ô cœur chéri,
Maintenant ne plus jamais te revoir,
