Nicht Geld, nicht Gold, nicht irdisch Gut,
Er hält in seiner treuen Hut
Des Herzens heil'gen Frieden.
Er scheint auf Berge, scheint auf's Thal,
Scheint auf die Wälder allzumal,
Scheint auf die stillen Seeen,
Er scheint tief in das Herz hinein
