Mein Auge
Language: German (Deutsch)
Available translation(s): CAT DUT ENG FRE

My eye
Language: English  after the German (Deutsch)
You are my eye! -- You permeate me completely,
You have illuminated my entire being,
you have filled my whole life with radiance,
have placed me, a faltering one, upon a sure path!
My eye, you! -- How very blind I was
in heart and spirit, before you joined your path with mine,
and how I am now flooded so brightly, so gently
transfigured, by the reflected splendour of this whole world!
