Under häggarna
Language: Swedish (Svenska)
Our translations:  FIN
Grenarna luta nära,
   nära
öfver oss ned sin snöbukett.
Vindarna vagga skära,
   skära
hängen, som böja sig mjukt och lätt.
Häggen står brud [för]1 sommarens vind,
vinden smeker dess vita kind.

Drömmarna flyga ljusa,
  ljusa,
sländorna svärma mot himlens blå.
Höga häggarna susa,
  susa,
vaja och [hviska]2 och hvita stå. --
Rundt om mig sommar och du i min famn!
Lif, jag välsignar i jubel ditt namn!

Tuomien alla
Language: Finnish (Suomi)  after the Swedish (Svenska)
Oksat vierellämme taivuttavat

yllemme lumivalkeat kukintonsa,
tuulet tuutivat kuulaita

terttuja, jotka myötäilevät pehmeästi ja kevyesti.
Tuomi on suvituulen morsian,
tuuli hyväilee sen valkeaa poskea.

Unelmat leijuvat valoisina,

korennot parveilevat kohti taivaan sineä.
Korkeat tuomet suhisevat,

kiikuttavat ja tuudittavat valkoiseen pukeutuneina.
Ympärilläni on kesä ja sylissäni Sinä!
Elämä, riemuiten siunaan nimeäsi!
