Der Feind
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT ENG FRE
Der Adler lauscht auf seinem Horst;
der Keiler rauscht zur Kesselforst;
das Kätzlein klinkt am Ast sich fest;
der Wolf, er hinkt zum Felsennest;
das Dammwild streicht zum Dickicht ein;
der Fuchs still schleicht zum Bau hinein;
aufstutzt, hinflitzt das scheue Reh;
die Löffel spitzt der Has' im Klee;
die Ente duckt im düstern Rohr,
das Fischlein guckt nicht mehr hervor;
und Alles schweigt im Hinterhalt!
Der Mensch sich zeigt, geht durch den Wald.

L'ennemi
Language: French (Français)  after the German (Deutsch)
L'aigle écoute dans son aire ;
Le sanglier se précipite vers son trou dans la forêt ;
Le petit chat s'accroche fermement à la branche ;
Le loup, il traîne la patte vers son repaire dans les rochers,
Le cerf se dirige vers le fourré ;
Le renard se faufile silencieux dans sa tanière ;
En alerte, la biche timide s'éloigne ;
Le lièvre dresse ses oreilles dans le trèfle ;
Le canard se baisse dans les roseaux sombres :
Le petit poisson ne jette plus un coup d'œil ;
Et tous se taisent en embuscade !
L'homme apparaît, marche dans le bois.
