Frisch athmet des Morgens lebendiger...
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT DUT ENG FRE
In gold'nen [Flammen blitzen]2
Der Berge Wolkenspitzen,
Mit freudig melodisch gewirbeltem Lied
Begrüßen erwachende Lerchen die Sonne,
Die schon in lachender Wonne
Jugendlich schön in Auroras Umarmungen glüht.

Sei Licht mir gesegnet!
Dein [Strahlenguß]3 regnet
Erwärmend hernieder auf Anger und Au.
[Wie silberfarb flittern
Die Wiesen, wie zittern]4
Tausend Sonnen [im perlenden]5 Thau!

In säuselnder Kühle

Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Fresc, alena el vivaç hàlit del matí;

Sorollosos, renillen, esbufeguen, escarritxen i piafen
els cavalls, els bous;
els carruatges grinyolen
a la vall gemegant.
Els boscos són vius,
i àguiles, falcons i esparvers planen

cap on haig d’anar
amb el meu miserable bastó?
La terra riallera
amb posat jovenívol,
només és per a mi una tomba!
Aixeca’t, oh aurora, i enrogeix,
amb besades purpúries, boscatges i camps!
Davalla xiuxiuejant, crepuscle, i cantussola
adormint dolçament el món que mor!
Matí, ai, tu enrogeixes
un camp de morts;
ai! i tu, oh crepuscle! cantussoles només
per al meu llarg dormisquejar.
